He cultivated his passion for the art of pastry as a child in his grandfather’s acclaimed shop on the Riviera, Au Nid des Friandises. François grew up surrounded by the delicious classic French pastry in the tradition carried on by his parents and grandparents for over fifty years.

The Coffee Shop

This cafe is a completely unexpected jewel tucked in a corner of the largely seedy PVR complex. Chilled out ambience, great for conversations and small groups. Service is usually prompt, food takes a while but it’s worth the wait. Himalayas breakfast and the arancini are absolute must tries. Would gove it 5 stars except the cold beverages are terrible, unless you approve of the frappucino family.
